The gateway is powered over Ethernet (PoE) through its Ethernet port. If the user's network does not have this structure, or when the WI-FI or 4G modem connection is used, WEG provides a PoE injector power supply. See the instruction manual for installation.

Using the WEG Motor Scan app, choose the option "New Device", then click on "Select", gateway "Cassia X1000". The Motion Fleet Management (MFM) is a multi-language software with resources that provide valuable insights into the maintenance and management of your machine fleet. Among its features are:

• Monitoring of different types of assets in a single environment;
• Layout customization for multi-level navigation (Geolocation/Site/Plant/Device);
• Definition of Favorite assets for easy tracking of their Status;
• Dashboards with indicators, charts and history of measured data;
• Screens for managing users and subscriptions;
• Specialist Modules with Analytics and Artificial Intelligence;
• Exchange modules for integration with other Platforms via APIs;
• Daily notifications of assets in alert and/or critical condition (via email);
• Customization of tolerances to generate alerts;

The WEG SCAN is a smart device that collects data from assets (motors, variable speed drives, gearboxes, pumps etc.) and send this information to the Motion Fleet Management (MFM) software.

For each asset type, at least one type of WEG Scan is required. The WEG Scans are:

• WEG Motor Scan: performs measurements on motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors and other mechanical devices related to the motor;
• WEG Drive Scan: performs measurements related to WEG low voltage VSDs;
• WEG Drive Scan MV: performs measurements related to WEG medium voltage VSDs;
• WEG Motor Scan LM: performs measurements on medium voltage motors (Large Machine).
