The mobile application communicates with the WEG Motor Scan using the Bluetooth 4.1 communication protocol.

How long does it take to transfer data between the WEG Motor Scan and a smartphone?

The time required to complete the data transfer depends on the volume of measurements stored in the WEG Motor Scan. The estimate is approximately one minute for thirty days of information.

How to update the location of WEG Motor Scan?
Using the mobile app, you can update the WEG Motor Scan location. The "Update location" option is available after synchronization in the "More" tab. The location sent to the WEG IoT Platform corresponds to the location information of the smartphone or tablet. There is no locating device installed on the sensor.
How to access the WEG IoT Platform?
The WEG IoT Platform is open and can be accessed at https://iot.weg.net.
How to register on the WEG IoT Platform?
Through the WEG IoT Platform https://iot.weg.net or through the WEG Motor Scan mobile app.
