Para a WEG, a inovação tecnológica diz respeito, principalmente, ao desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias, novos produtos, materiais e testes que visam o aumento da eficiência, redução de custos, melhoria da qualidade e redução da matéria-prima dos produtos. É dessa forma que a empresa fica mais competitiva, conquista novos mercados, se mantém sustentável e contribui para o desenvolvimento do planeta.

TDP (Technological Development Program)
At WEG, all ideas are organized and arranged by means of the WPQP (WEG Program of Quality and Productivity). Within that is the TDP (Technological Development Program), which gathers the innovation projects for new products and processes. Based on the Technological Strategic Planning, the various projects that will become part of the programs are defined.
