One of the biggest problems for those who sail is the problems of fouling. The best solution for it, it is to treat the hull with an anti-fouling paint. Anti-fouling paints contain biocides, which are released at controlled rates in water to repel organisms adhering to the hull. W-ECOLOFLEX SPC was the world's first free TBT self-polishing hydrolytic antifouling. It contains a special copolymer developed with technology patented by Nippon Paint Marine Coatings. Its performance has been proven in more than 10,000 ships over a 60-month operating period. Choose the W-ECOLOFLEX SPC 200 line

The W-ECOLOFLEX SPC 200 coating line is a free TBT anti-fouling paint based on synthetic resin-based and copper acrylate copolymer. It uses Nippon Paint's Self Polishing Copolymer (SPC) technology.

This anti-fouling technology happens through the reaction of the salt water with the polymer present on the surface of the film. As a result, this chemical reaction controls and supports the release of biocides. The reaction happens at the same rate, even with the vessel in motion, throughout the life of the antifouling, without declining.

Application

Line specially developed for use in vessels in general, ensuring excellent and long performance giving great fuel economy. Its estimated durability is 36 to 60 months.
